Solid State Lighting (SSL) modules, such as those for street lighting, need to simultaneously meet various requirements, namely: resistance to electrical overstress (EOS), resistance to thermal dissipation, long service life and mechanical strength. This patent proposes a solution to overcome the problem that these four aspects tend to create opposing constraints.
The Patent is about a LED Module with a kind of solder free contacts to overcome the problem of different thermal expansion and solder cracks thereof. It is proposed to place the LEDs over the conducting tracks with a holding force to ensure an electrical contact. The reliability of such a solution is not proven yet.
The patent discloses a LED light structure having a solid-state light radiation source, such as high luminosity LEDs to tackle the problem of electrical insulation, thermal dissipation, mechanical strength and lifetime of the LEDs.

I think that the invention is about a reflector in a light fixture. Beside doing its regular job of reflecting, the reflector also provides a mechanical assembly function by pressing the LED and driver circuit against the base wall of the fixture.
Reliability of contacts may be a problem.
